With over two decades of hands-on experience in corporate HR and recruiting, Cheryl has dedicated her career to building strong, effective teams that help businesses thrive.

She brings a unique blend of industry expertise and a personalized approach to every client relationship. Her deep understanding of the complexities of recruiting in supply chain allows her to deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals.

Cheryl founded Four Seasons Talent Partners to bring a personal, relationship-driven approach to recruiting in the Lumber and Building Materials industry. Having served as Vice President of HR for United Hardware prior to launching her own firm, Cheryl understands first-hand the challenges companies face in building strong teams; and the impact the right talent can make.
